At UMA, we understand that modifications may be needed throughout the production process. To ensure flexibility and fast turnaround times, we maintain a fully equipped in-house Tool Room. This facility allows us to make small, on-demand modifications to moulds quickly and efficiently, helping us to maintain production schedules and keep costs down.
Raw Material Mixing Area for Custom Blends -
We recognize that the right material blend is critical to achieving the desired performance and appearance of the final product. Our dedicated Ram Material Mixing Area enables us to combine different base materials with color masterbatches, pigments, and additives, as required. This allows us to create custom-colored plastics or tailored formulations for specific applications, providing our customers with a broader range of material options and ensuring that each product is made to specification.
